INTRO

There has always been an advancement in society that has defined an era. The industrial era, when innovation and natural resources are gathered and used to create the way manufacturing is done around the world. The internet era made its introduction to the world in the ’90s. it has since grown into the main way we communicate with each other with different platforms. And now we currently live in the technology era. In today’s world, the industrial way of things has long past with few traces of its remnants. As such, the old way of education has not changed very much to match with the way that the number of opportunities that’s produced from today’s growing technology. Almost every field of study or career genre has some form of technology which is growing more and more. Technology advances so fast there are threats of it outgrowing our humanity. This is why it is so important that education advancements grow as fast if not faster than what technologies can produce.

Agilix Labs Inc. is a company that develops curriculums for more than just state academic and Board of Education requirements, but also relevant training for technology careers and life communications skills. The world we live in today has to prepare its students for the future of tomorrow. Agilix Labs Inc. is a great teaching curriculum that can be taught from anywhere in the world. With real practical skills that can be directly learned from the curriculum, in most cases, learners qualify for internships or even scholarships, prior to becoming eligible for certification testing. This is from the knowledge attained When learners and students can measure their own competencies and problem-solving achievements, it stimulates the curiosity for continued learning. The success and progress can be measured and adjusted for individuals as well as group levels. (Reiser, R. A., Dempsey, J. V. 2017)

There are downfalls to virtual learning, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This is has sped up the options to what is already becoming attractive to parents. Using audio and video recordings and other visual aids for learners to get the full experience and optimum training level integrates seamlessly with the Agilix Lab Curriculum. Personalized monitoring data helps an instructor focus on subject matter material where a student may need encouragement in their independent study. This principle helps build the learners level of volition, after enabling them to see their projected progress in real-time and hypothetical scenarios. The rapid and constant changes in technology forces society to change with every era. It is our ability to see the wave of change in order to take the opportunity for preparation.
